Anyone can download the files that are posted to a stand-alone forum or a public community forum.

About this task

Adding attachments is a useful way to include supplemental information that is too long for the body of the message.

When you have access to a forum, you can download any attachments that are posted to the forum.

Procedure

To download a file attachment, complete the following steps:

  1. Open the forum topic that contains the attachment.
  2. Click the file name and then select whether you want to save or open the file.
